The On Purpose project works with people who have developmental disabilities to do community improvement projects in Saint Albans. We believe That all people have unique purpose and we want to be intentional about inclusion and building community.

Angie developed the On Purpose Project with the goal of building inclusivity into the cultural landscape of St. Albans, where she lives with her husband Tony and their four children. Hi, my name is Katie Arbaugh. I have a BA in Special Education and have extensive experience working with people with a variety of strengths and abilities ages Birth to Adult.
